2. Orders and Acceptance

2.1 All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability.
2.2 We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the price or product description, or problems identified by our fraud prevention team.
2.3 You will receive an order confirmation via email after placing an order. This confirmation does not mean the order has been accepted. A separate shipping confirmation indicates acceptance.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and include any taxes shown at checkout where applicable. Shipping, handling, and other fees (if any) are added at checkout.
3.2 We accept the payment methods shown on our site. Payment will be charged at the time of order placement or as otherwise stated at checkout.
3.3 If there are any problems processing payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, customs, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
4.2 Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Our Return Policy)

5.1 30-Day Return Window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
5.2 Condition for Returns. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You must provide receipt or proof of purchase.
5.3 How to Start a Return. Contact us at Pieceoflandrh@gmail.com to request a return. Returns must be authorized before being sent. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns should be sent to our returns address in Hollywood, FL, USA. We will provide instructions and the return address once the return is accepted.
5.4 Damages and Issues. Inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at Pieceoflandrh@gmail.com so we can evaluate and make it right.
5.5 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items. Certain items cannot be returned, including: special/custom or made-to-order costume items, personalized items, broken parts or plated items after 30 days, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not returnable. If you’re unsure about an item, contact us prior to purchase.
5.6 Exchanges. If you need a different size or item, the fastest method is to return the original item for a refund (once accepted) and place a new order for the replacement.
5.7 EU Right to Cancel (14-day Cooling-off). If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must meet the same condition requirements above.
5.8 Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or card issuers may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact Pieceoflandrh@gmail.com.

6. Taxes & Duties

6.1 International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. You are responsible for these charges. Check with your local customs office for details.

7. Cancellations

7.1 To cancel an order, contact us immediately at Pieceoflandrh@gmail.com. If the order has already shipped, the standard returns process applies.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piece of Land and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to an order is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) involved.

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

12.1 We may change these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
